World Quotes Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how World Quotes handles information on iPhone and iPad, including local app data, personal photos and custom text used in Quote Studio, advertising and consent choices for Free users, and the optional World Quotes Premium purchase.

Privacy at a glance
1. Scope and developer
This Privacy Policy applies to World Quotes ("World Quotes"), an inspirational quotes and quote-image creation application for Apple devices. World Quotes is developed and published by JJ Studio Entertainment ("we", "us", or "our").
World Quotes does not require you to create a JJ Studio Entertainment account. We do not operate a World Quotes user-account service, social profile, or developer-hosted cloud profile for normal use of the app.
2. Information stored locally on your device
World Quotes stores limited application state and preferences locally on your device so that features can work without a developer-hosted account or cloud database. Depending on the features you use, local data may include:
- favorite quote identifiers;
- language and interface preferences;
- Quote Studio design settings and temporary editing state;
- privacy/consent state maintained by third-party SDKs where applicable; and
- other lightweight preferences required to operate the app.
Local application data generally remains on your device until it is changed or removed by the app, cleared by the operating system, or removed when you uninstall World Quotes. Apple device backups or iCloud services may separately retain device/app data according to Apple's settings and policies.
3. Personal photos, custom text and Quote Studio
Personal photos
Quote Studio lets you select a personal photo to use as the background of a quote image. World Quotes uses Apple's system photo picker to let you choose a photo. Selecting a photo through this picker does not require World Quotes to obtain broad access to your entire photo library.
A selected photo is processed on your device for features such as cropping, pan and zoom, overlay, blur, typography and image rendering. World Quotes does not upload your selected Quote Studio photo to a JJ Studio Entertainment server.
World Quotes may create a lower-resolution working representation of a selected image for editing performance and may render the final composition at export resolution. These representations are used locally by the app.
Saving to Photos
If you choose Save to Photos, World Quotes requests the minimum Photos authorization needed to add the generated image to your photo library where supported by iOS. World Quotes does not request broad photo-library access merely to save the finished artwork. Once saved, Apple Photos or iCloud Photos may store or synchronize the image according to your Apple settings and Apple's policies.
Custom text and signatures
World Quotes lets you write your own text and optional author/signature for use in Quote Studio. This custom content is processed locally for the editing session and image export. World Quotes does not upload custom Quote Studio text to a JJ Studio Entertainment account or cloud service.
If you save or share a generated image, the text, signature, selected photo and design elements included in that image become part of the exported file and may then be processed by the service or application you choose to share it with.
4. Advertising and Google services
The Free version of World Quotes uses Google Mobile Ads to display limited advertising. World Quotes also uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage certain consent and privacy choices where required.
World Quotes intentionally limits advertising to selected Free-user experiences. The app is designed so that core reading and creation surfaces remain free from advertising interruptions. Advertising placement may include an inline ad in quote-list browsing and low-frequency interstitial advertising after eligible completed actions, subject to app policy, consent state, availability, and frequency limits.
According to Google's documentation for the Google Mobile Ads SDK, the SDK may process or collect information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location;
- device identifiers, including advertising or app/developer-bounded identifiers where permitted;
- advertising data, such as advertisements that were displayed;
- app, ad and product interaction information;
- crash logs and diagnostic information; and
- performance information such as app launch time, hangs or energy usage.
Google may use this information for purposes including advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, service operation and improvement, subject to Google's own policies, applicable law, device settings, and the consent choices available to you.

5. Consent, UMP and tracking choices
Google UMP privacy choices
For eligible Free users, World Quotes uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage privacy choices when a consent or privacy message is required by applicable law or by Google's advertising systems. Depending on your location and applicable regulations, the Google-provided message may offer choices regarding personalized advertising, storage/access of information on a device, advertising partners, and other data-processing purposes.
Where Google indicates that a privacy-options entry point must be available, World Quotes provides a Privacy Choices option in Settings so you can review or change available choices.
European regulations
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other locations where European privacy requirements apply, Google UMP may present a consent message before advertising is requested. Advertising requests are made only when the app's privacy state permits them.
U.S. state privacy choices
Where supported U.S. state privacy laws apply, Google UMP may provide notices or choices relating to targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, or other regulated processing. Available options depend on Google's configured message and your jurisdiction.
Brazil and other jurisdictions
Depending on where you live, laws such as Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and other privacy laws may provide additional rights or require a lawful basis for certain processing. World Quotes and its service providers apply the privacy controls described in this policy subject to applicable law.
App Tracking Transparency and IDFA
World Quotes does not currently request Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and does not explicitly request access to the advertising identifier (IDFA). Google Mobile Ads may use other identifiers that Apple and applicable consent settings permit, such as app- or developer-bounded identifiers.
If World Quotes changes its tracking practices in a future version in a way that requires Apple's ATT permission, this policy and the application's permission flow will be updated before such access is requested.
7. Apple services and platform data
World Quotes relies on Apple platform services for functions such as App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases and restorations, the Photos picker, saving generated images to Photos, system sharing, device backups, and operating-system security.
Apple may process Apple Account, payment, tax, device, Photos/iCloud, transaction or diagnostic information according to Apple's own policies and your Apple settings. World Quotes receives only the information exposed through Apple APIs that is necessary to provide the feature you use.

9. Support communications and this website
If you voluntarily contact JJ Studio Entertainment for support, we may receive the email address, message, attachments, screenshots and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse and maintain appropriate support records.
This Privacy Policy is hosted on the JJ Studio Entertainment developer website. Website hosting, network, logging and security providers may automatically process standard request information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, requested pages and security events to deliver and protect the website. Website traffic is separate from normal in-app World Quotes usage.
10. Data retention and deletion
- Local World Quotes data and preferences: generally remain on your device until changed or removed by the app, cleared by the operating system, or deleted when you uninstall the app, subject to Apple backup behavior.
- Selected photos and temporary Quote Studio content: are used locally for editing and rendering. World Quotes does not maintain a JJ Studio Entertainment cloud library of your selected photos or custom text.
- Generated images: remain where you choose to save or share them. Images saved to Apple Photos are retained according to your Photos/iCloud settings.
- App Store purchase records: are retained by Apple according to Apple's accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal and platform requirements. Uninstalling World Quotes does not erase Apple's transaction records.
- Google advertising and consent data: are retained according to Google's applicable products, consent choices, privacy policies and legal obligations.
- Support communications: may be retained as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support history, protect our services, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Because World Quotes does not create a JJ Studio Entertainment user account, there is no World Quotes online account to delete. You may uninstall the app to remove app-local data, subject to operating-system and backup behavior.
11. Security
World Quotes is designed to minimize the amount of developer-hosted information needed to operate the app. Quotes and many preferences are available locally, personal Quote Studio content is processed on-device, purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit, and advertising/consent functionality is provided through established Google SDKs for eligible Free users.
No application, device, network, SDK or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should keep your device and operating system up to date and use the security and privacy controls provided by Apple and other services you choose to use.
12. Your privacy choices and rights
You can exercise available privacy choices by:
- using Privacy Choices in World Quotes Settings when Google requires that entry point;
- using the options presented in applicable Google UMP privacy messages;
- purchasing World Quotes Premium if you prefer the ad-free experience;
- choosing not to select a personal photo or not to save generated images to Photos;
- uninstalling World Quotes to remove app-local data, subject to Apple backup behavior;
- contacting Apple regarding App Store, StoreKit, Photos, iCloud or Apple Account information;
- contacting Google regarding information processed through Google advertising services; and
- contacting JJ Studio Entertainment regarding information you voluntarily provided directly to us, such as support communications.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, obtain portability of certain information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing practices.
JJ Studio Entertainment can respond only with respect to information that we actually control or possess. Requests concerning information independently controlled by Apple or Google may need to be directed to those companies.
You will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
13. Children's privacy
World Quotes is a general-audience inspirational and creative application and is not specifically designed as a child-directed service. The app does not require users to create an account or directly submit their name, age or contact information in order to browse quotes or use Quote Studio.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has voluntarily sent personal information directly to JJ Studio Entertainment through a support communication, please contact us so we can review the request and delete information where appropriate.
Advertising shown to eligible Free users remains subject to Google's advertising policies, privacy settings, consent mechanisms and applicable legal requirements.
14. International processing
JJ Studio Entertainment and the third-party providers described in this policy may operate in multiple countries. Information processed by Google, Apple, website hosting providers or support providers may therefore be processed outside your country of residence.
Such processing is subject to the safeguards, transfer mechanisms and legal obligations applicable to the relevant service provider and jurisdiction.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when World Quotes features, advertising services, privacy controls, StoreKit behavior, third-party SDKs, App Store requirements or applicable laws change. We will publish the updated policy at this URL and revise the effective date shown at the top.
Material changes may also be communicated through the app, App Store listing or another appropriate channel when required.
