Product Planning & Architecture
Turn an initial idea into a realistic scope, feature plan and technical direction before implementation gets expensive.

Development services
I work directly with ideas from early planning through implementation, testing and release. My focus is practical software with clear interfaces, maintainable code and a scope that stays aligned with the product you actually want to ship.
How I work
Good software starts with understanding the real problem, the people who will use the product and the constraints around the project. I prefer focused scopes, clear priorities and incremental delivery over adding features simply because they are possible.
Whether the work is a new mobile app, a game prototype or an existing project that needs modernization, the goal is the same: build something useful, stable and ready for the platform it belongs on.
What I can help with
Turn an initial idea into a realistic scope, feature plan and technical direction before implementation gets expensive.
Native applications for iPhone, iPad and macOS using modern Apple frameworks and platform conventions.
Responsive mobile experiences designed to work across Android phones, tablets and, when appropriate, iPhone and iPad from a shared codebase.
Gameplay systems, mobile integration and interactive prototypes, with experience building and maintaining Unity projects.
Bring older projects forward with safer dependencies, cleaner interfaces and platform updates while preserving working behavior.
Review the product before release, resolve platform issues and prepare the practical pieces needed to ship with confidence.
Process
Clarify the product, target users, constraints and what success looks like.
Define the first scope, technical approach and the order in which features should be built.
Implement the product in focused increments instead of hiding progress until the end.
Test real flows, resolve issues and improve the interface where the product needs polish.
Prepare the final build, release material and platform-specific submission requirements.
Working together
Different platforms have different expectations around navigation, permissions, purchases, privacy and release workflows. I account for those differences instead of treating every target as the same application stretched to another display.

Because you communicate directly with the developer doing the implementation, feedback can be translated into technical decisions without a long chain of handoffs. That helps keep priorities visible and reduces unnecessary rework.

A release should be understandable to users, stable across its supported devices and maintainable after launch. Testing, safe update paths and clear product behavior are part of development rather than a final checkbox.
